Period pains at 9dpo

My period isn't due until the weekend or Monday yet I'm getting that throbbing/pulsating sensation in my uterus which indicates to me that AF will be here within the next 24-48 hours. I wouldn't be tripping about AF coming 4-5 days early IF I didn't ovulate just 8 days after AF ended. First of all, AF ALWAYS comes EXACTLY 2 weeks after I ovulate. AF is tryna come a week and a half after I've ovulated. That's not right. And then sometimes I do ovulate super early right after AF ends but once I ovulate like I said AF comes 2 weeks afterwards. How am I gonna ovulate early and get AF early? This just isn't right?
