Period Sickness

Hello All! I am just curious and seeking advice. I have been having my period since I was 11 and I am now 24. I have been through different birth controls, in 2015 I had surgery and a large cyst and my ovary removed. After that, got the implant in my arm and things have been pretty normal. Recently however, I have been getting sick to the point of staying home from work and crying due to pain in my abdomen. I also have been puking and getting diarrhea for the first few days of my period for the past 4 or 5 months. My abdomen feels full of air at times too. I Today I felt so dizzy at work, I really thought I was going to pass out. Does anyone else get this? Does anything help with it all? I'm so desperate to feel better.
