Hi mom’s, since i came back to work, i’ve been pumping twice every shift, and i can only produce 3-4oz per pump so like total of 6-7oz per shift. Does any one of you also have a low supply like me? Do u guys have any advise on how i can increase my milk supply? My baby is ebf for 8months.
