Crib training 6 month old advice

My LO is 6 months old EBF and she slept in her rock and play until she was 16 weeks old. But she grew quick and didnt like her basinet so I got lazy and we started to Co-sleep. Now she is 6 months old and I have to hold her during every nap and she will not sleep without being on my chest or laying next to me in bed.

I've tried putting her in her crib and she wakes up IMMEDIATELY! I've started a bedtime routine and her naptime is pretty much the same time everyday, she's teething, so it's harder some days she fights her sleep. Any advice will be appreciated! I just want her to be able to sleep in her PNP or crib so she is safe and I have daddy snuggle time ;) (it's been way to long...) And just having her in her room during naptime and bedtime would help out a lot for when I start school! Please give me some advice :/
