raspberry leaf tea?

I wanted to start drinking this tea now that I am 35 weeks. Do any of you ladies know which is a good brand? Also how many cups should I drink a day? Thank you!

I drink 2 cups of this brand. 
Drank it with my last and i was in labor for about 3 hrs and when i got to the hospital i was already 8cm dialated 😬
