Early Pregnancy or Ovulation???

Sorry if TMI but I don’t normally get this kind of discharge. It’s happened a few times when I wipe and it’s thick clear/yellowish super stretchy. A little crampy and slightly tingly nipples off and on. Is this an early pregnancy sign or ovulation? It’s not normal for me on my usual cycles and would be too early to test. If you ovulate 14 days after AF, I would have ovulated on the 11th. But glow says I won’t until the 19th. eAnyone else ever experience this??
