Spotting when pregnant?

I am 8 weeks and 3 days and today after I got off of work I notice I was bleeding a little brown/ pink (tmi I know sorry) when I went to the bathroom earlier at work everything was fine and this is my first child and I am so scared something is going to happen

Update**guys went to the er was there till now and they are saying it’s a miscarriage but what I don’t get is I had two doctors and nether of them were obs and the one looked at me and said well we can’t find a heartbeat so that might be why you are bleeding then the other said well your cervix is open about 1 cm and nothing is blocking it so it could open and you have a miscarriage  going to see my ob with in the next two days
