Flu, Wondfo, and BFP oh my!!

So last month I made it to 7 weeks, had multiple bfps, then bfn starting at week 7. I started bleeding and had a heavier than normal period, which I suspect was actually a miscarriage. Now, at only cycle day 25 (normally a 33-35 day cycle) I got what looks like a bfp!! I took another one to be certain and it was negative. Anyone use wondfo brand and get a false positive?? I also have the flu right now and am scared to take anything and just nervous in general since I think i MC last month!! Thoughts??
