Sent home with trigger shot

My <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> is scheduled for Fri afternoon. The nurse said try to time it as close to 36 hours as possible. Is this timeframe accurate? The 36 hours? I guess I'll be setting my alarm for the middle of the night tonight to get up and take it. This is my 4th round so I really don't wanna mess anything up
