Anti diarrhea medicine??

Is there anything I can take while pregnant that’s listed as okay?? I haven’t had a problem with my IBS in forever and then I had to take antibiotics for my tooth (which destroys gut health) and this is why I didn’t want to take them but had no choice and it’s 9pm here and I’m stuck on the toilet with a really bad flare up. I’m at the point where I want to send my husband to get something over the counter like Pepto Bismal or Imodium. I can’t go on like this all night 😩
