Abnormal paps

Hey guys I’m 11 weeks and I’m freaking out I had my pap done 3 weeks ago and I just got a call for me to come in to go over my results, I’m freaking out because I think my pap might be abnormal again I had a ASCUS pap and I’ve had the HPV Vaccine and my mom had cervical cancer in her mid 30s and is fine now but suffered for awhile. I’m freaking out! Would a abnormal pap affect my baby?
