Short cervix 28 weeks

Hi ladies,

So this is my second pregnancy and during my third trimester ultrasound found the my cervix was measuring short at 18mils has this happened to anyone else and has it resulted into you going Into labour early? I’m currently receiving steroid injections to help develop the baby’s lung and brains as well as taking a medication to help with the cervix not opening any further but I’m just wondering if anyone has made it to full term and not delivered early ?
