Training in pregnancy - advice needed
Hello!
I’m hoping to get some advice. I feel really confused.
I train really hard, I have for many years (I’m an ex dancer, so very used to it). I do weights, run, yoga, bootcamp. Typically I train every day, and do anything from one hour to two.
I have had 2 miscarriages, and am now worried I should stop training or cut back on my training as worried it could have had an impact. My period is due but hasn’t arrived yet. I get mixed messages - some people say continue doing what your body is used too. Others say I should cut back completely for first 12 weeks. The doctor said the miscarriages would not have been associated.
I love training. It keeps me sane and feeling brilliant!
