I hate my stepmother sometimes

I hate my stepmother sometimes for smoking/drinking while she was pregnant with my younger brother. He had seizures as a baby and is about a year or so behind developmentally because of it. I only recently found out that she did that whole pregnant (she says she was stressed). I just remember sometimes and get really angry because I can’t help but think it’s all her fault that my baby has problems.
