Trinessa birth control pills

Hello ladies! So I’ve been taking trinessa for almost a year. I haven’t had any issues and it has helped clear some of my acne I had before from the depo shot. I had my period last week for 7 days. This week I’ve been cramping and having spotting. I never had any of that happen before. It almost seems like my period was coming back again. I’ve been real tired, backaches, and cramps. I’m almost thinking I may be pregnant but I have no idea. I heard you can still be pregnant with a period but not sure if that’s 100 percent accurate. Any ideas ? Thanks !
