question about pineapple and implantation

So random and maybe silly question but I have to ask to make sure. In September, I used pineapple to TTC. This worked, but unfortunately it ended up being ectopic. Is there any way there is a correlation between the two? I know the bromelain is supposed to help implant, and maybe it made me implant too soon before the baby got to my uterus? I know it is probably a stretch, but I'm asking because my husband and I are finally TTC again and I'm trying to decide if I should use pineapple again since it seemed to help me conceive. I just don't want to do anything that could possibly lead to another ectopic. Thanks for any input!
