Eat as much wholesome food as possible, your protein and veggies and carbs are all important, eat a big breakfast and lunch so you can avoid eating a huge dinner, as when you sleep you do not digest food and it’ll make you feel sluggish and you don’t use that energy it turns into fat, try to walk a little at first and make it longer, I’d recommend a personal trainer or my fitness pal for that, but talking to your doctor and getting educated about food and the way your body works was the best thing I ever did
