Xulane patch breakout???

I just took off my second xulane patch. It was located on my butt which was one of the places my doctor said was okay to put it. I put my first patch on the right side of my butt and it did not give me any issues. However when I took my patch off from the left side of my butt today, there was a perfect square of pimples directly under where the patch was. Has this happened to anyone else? Is it just my skin getting used to the patch or am I reacting to the adhesive? If this has happened to you, how did you get it to go away??? Please let me know!!
