Breastfeeding letdown HELP

My LO is 12 days old today, breastfeeding has been a bit of a challenge from the beginning but it seems like we’re getting a routine down he eats about every 2-3 hours for about 5 minutes on each breast. Right now the main problem I’m facing is that when I feed him on my left breast my right breast leaks so bad and vice versa I have to bring a towel with me everytime I feed or i leak everywhere! Is this something that goes away? Any good advice on how to deal with the letdown? Help!😫
