My clitoris has grown an extra flap of skin?!

So I hadn’t properly checked myself out in a while and I did recently and have realised that down there looks a bit different. I know about the labia and all the normal flaps but somehow I now have an extra flap of skin on my clitoris. It seems as if it’s just grown out of nowhere. My clitoris definitely did not have this this extra flap of skin last year. What do I do?? Is this normal??
