Boyfriend

So this guy I really like I told him I liked him and he said he needs to think it over and he wants to hang out I don’t know what he means cause he’s saying that he doesn’t want anyone knowing we’re hanging out and I don’t know if he’s saying he doesn’t wanna be seen with me or he’s just not ready to date we’ve had a thing it was obvious he liked me and its stressing me out and I cry like every 2 seconds
