What the hell is this?

It’s hot, it hurts badly can’t even touch it. My whole breast hurts and it’s pulsating I noticed it yesterday but now it’s all swollen. I feel absolutely awful. Anything helps. Also my personal hygiene is fine. Thanks!

You have large breasts which causes sweat  sometimes and occasionally you can get pimples. It looks like it was a pimple that got infected, like an ingrown hair would.

Could possibly be a cyst or boil. But it looks infected I’d go to the dr ASAP.
