Period talk

This guy and I recently started having sex, like two weeks ago recent. so anyways I stayed at his house last night (of course we had sex) but this morning I woke up cramping sooooo bad and realized I had started my period so I made up some lame excuse to leave and I’m feeling so stupid because I felt embarrassed that i had started my period and didn’t want him to know! I have never in my life felt ashamed I was having a period lol. I don’t believe its him that made me feel any type of way about it either because we’re so comfortable, we’ve talked about it, he has multiple sisters. So I was just wondering if anybody else has felt this way and how do i fix it!!! Sounds so stupid I know 😂
