I am seriously confused about which test to trust!!!

Everyone says they hate blue dyes because of evaps and false positives

While everyone will say take a frer to confirm blue dye lines & then automatically say a vvfl on frer is an evap or indent or anti-body strip.

It almost seems as we can only trust not our eyes, not these specific test but the 99cent cheapies & blood work 😂😂😂😂
