Cloth Diapering

Hi! After a bit of encouragement from a work friend hubby and I have decided to cloth diaper. I am wondering what brand you ladies use. My coworker uses lalabye with bamboo inserts. I’ve heard that FuzziBunz and bumGenius are good brands as well. I know for sure we’ll be using bamboo inserts so that’s not the question. It’s the diapers themselves I’m looking for recommendations on. Any with a double gusset around the leg? Has anyone had any luck sewing them yourself? Also, I know most babies that are cloth diapered rarely have diaper rash but I have particularly sensitive skin and am thinking our little babe will too. What kind of diaper cream have you found to work best with the cloth diapers and NOT hinder their absorption? Thanks ladies!!
