the rule is usually 100 lbs at 5 feet. then add 5 pounds each inch after that. than subtract 10 or add 10 and if you are anywhere in there you have a healthy bmi. everyone is built different and muscle weighs more than fat so it all depends

I'm 25 and I've never been 100 pounds. I eat like a horse and it's just never happened for me. I get my thyroid tested every 6 months because if you have HYPERthyroidism it makes your metabolism extremely fast. Other than that you may just be tiny like me, dear.

You can work out if you are at a healthy weight by working out your BMI (it’s easy you can google it). It takes into account your height and your weight and it can tell you what weight you should be. According to this you are underweight, however, you are seventeen and you might not be fully developed yet so it might me you have some growing to do. But don’t worry about what other people think of you, just look after your health and enjoy eating a high calorie diet 😊

Lol I've always been borderline underweight but not quite there which annoys me because I wish I could gain weight since people say I'm so skinny, even though I know I'm technically still at a healthy weight

I’m 5’7 and I had anorexia, I was 95 pounds. A healthy weight for my height and age was 120. With your height it doesn’t really sound like you’re in any danger with your weight

when i was the ages of 8-10 i was underweight because i stayed at 64pounds for those 3 years
