Has anyone used Mama Strut postpartum?
I saw this product come up on my Facebook newsfeed the other day and I’m wondering if anyone has tried it before. It’s basically these compression shorts that you put on after labor, and it uses heat and ice therapy to help with swelling and healing. It’s $129 and some insurances cover it although mine unfortunately does not. wondering if it’s worth the money!
