What are we?

Hi,

I'm in college and seeing this guy I met and made out with at a party. We've been going on dates and been hooking up. We've even hung out with each other's friends and went out on Valentine's day. The problem is neither of really like labels and it's so uncomfortable to talk about. I have hesitation because if we go official, then summer break is going to come and then that's 3 months apart and that's why I don't really want to get too attached. But I really like him so I don't know what we are or could/should be. Any advice would be welcome!! :)
