ADVICE APPRECIATED!! 22 days late and now spotting?!

Hi girls! I’m 22 days late for my period and my second one is due next Monday! This morning I woke up and I was spotting, I wiped and there was blood and there was blood in with my urine but that’s it. A few hours later I’ve wiped again and there’s old brown blood, not much at all. I’m testing negative and getting bloods taken next week. Before my first missed period I got spotting 3 days before it was due just like I am now except this one is 5 days before the second one is due?? Am I just having extremely light spotting periods? I have had no cramps leading up to this morning, however over the past few weeks I have had cramps and wet discharge. My boobs have been aching and so has my lower back. I also have a killer cold sore the worst I’ve ever had in my life. What’s going on girls??? Any advice is appreciated!
