If your husbands owns a tattoo shop he should make it rule or something that the shop won’t do piercings or tattoos on pregnant women .. i wouldn’t risk an infection .. no offense but just because it’s a shop doesn’t mean it’s clean ! The mother should wait until the baby is born!

There's no reason not to get tattooed at a reputable, well researched shop. The ink will not transfer to your milk. The greatest concern is infection and most infections occur more from improper aftercare. 
I got tattoos while breastfeeding :)

My husband's a body piercer and he gets so many women that come in and try to get piercings done while clearly pregnant or they'll openly say that they're breastfeeding.

I got my nose pierced 6 months pregnant. I wouldn’t get a tattoo after the first trimester but to each their own. It’s definitely not illegal to do it though 😂

I wanted to get inked while pregnant then I found out that it’s not allowed because if the risk getting an infection but I did get pierced but they didn’t know I was pregnant at the moment and my doctor told that it was a bad idea and I ended up almost 7 months for my piercing to completely heal and it was really annoying and super sensitive

I got one while I was pregnant. Really early in my pregnancy. Nothing happened. But I wouldn’t willingly do it or recommend it.
