My first two have names with Z in them. Idk if baby number three should too? I’ve been feeling OCD about the whole “Z” thing.

I don’t dislike Zaylee but I personally think it’s too similar sounding to Zayden but if you don’t mind that then it doesn’t matter.
You could give her Z name like Zara or Zora so it so it was similar but pronounced different enough to make things easier.

What about Zayla? I’m ocd like that lol I have Azaléyah (Aza-lay-ah) so with this one I need it to have a z and some sort of similar look to it lol.

I believe that spelling Jasmine with a z was popular a few years back.... if you put the z in a place of a s like you did for Isabel then the girl’s names will be more similar.   Just a thought. 
Plus, Jazz / Jazzie is a super cute nickname. 
I am sure there are lots of options that way, Jasmine was just the first I thought of.

Maybe Eliza? Or perhaps Keziah?  Or maybe Zoe?   Just throwing those out there.  In the end though it is your child and you can name her what ever name you like. 🙂
