Ugghhhh

I was with my friend and we were talking and she made a comment about how Spanish people are lazy and don’t do anything.

My family is Colombian with Spanish and Native American heritage.

At first I was shocked that she said something like this when she knows that I am Hispanic and immensely proud of it. I didn’t know how to react so I kinda just let out a dry chuckle but it made me feel like shit for the rest of the day.

Normally I would say something but shes like one of my best friends and I’m all confused as to why she would say something like that. What do I do?!?!
