pregnant or paranoid?

The last time i had sex with my boyfriend was jan 14. I haven’t had my period since then, my nipples have been sore for the past two weeks, and i’ve had cramps for a few days. I do have a very irregular period. I took one of those dollar pregnancy tests 2 days ago and it was negative but i can’t figure out why my nipples have been so sore like it hurts to the touch or with healthy clothing.

It could really be both. I get this too and have irregular periods and negative tests. Eventually a period starts. I think the sore boobs is because of hormones building in an imbalanced way. However, you COULD be pregnant so there are a few ways you can go about this. 1. Test again and if it's negative and goes for too long see a Dr. 2. Test again and just wait for your period to start on its own. 3. Go to the Dr, they'll test you, and if you're not pregnant they can force a period. There are other options but those 3 are the ones I've used most. I hope you figure this out.
