Confused

So today would be 4 days late according to flo and 2 for glow ... early today around 2 when I wiped there was a tiny tinge of brown.. being that I’m at work I obviously was like crap here’s af .... I put a tampon in and three hours later when I used the rest room nothing was even on my tampon at all (sorry if tmi) anyone else ever have this happen ? Should I take a test ? I’m tired of spending the money on them every month and seeing bfn 😩
