Thinking about finding a new job

I was fine with having my baby go to daycare or have childcare but now 1 month away from going back to work and I can’t even think about leaving him. I’m thinking of finding an overnight position so I can stay with my baby. I’m a certified pharmacy technician and there is not a lot of overnight spots available so I’m very nervous in trying to find a new spot :( but I feel so bad leaving my current crew . I don’t know what to do ....
