Im having a serious issue

So yesterday i found out i have a rash to where its all over my body and i itch so much i literally woke up itching went to bed itching and i just don’t know what to do i have done everything that the docs told me to do and its not helping at all.. i wanna cry.. because I’m in pain from my skin being inflamed and i itch-so much its spreading like wild fire.. all over me and i know im suppose to avoid the itch and i can most but fuck. It feels like i got fleas like a dog i need help.
