TRIGGER WARNING
So I just recently found out I was pregnant and the next week and a half following I ended up having a miscarriage.. I am 19 with a beautiful 7 month of baby girl and just need some advice. I'm not on birth control but I'm trying to get in to get the copper iud, I just wanted to ask how I would track this in the mean time until I have the money to pay for the device? Any ladies been through this and can help me out with tracking ovulation and all that?
