TTC for 3 years

my hubby and i been living together for 3 yrs and i am 31 now. weve been trying ttc for 3 yrs now and i am on my 7 month of clomid this february. my expected period is on the 25. before my period is irregular but when my doctor gave me the metformin i have in every month already 30-33 cycle. my husband didnt take a test yet only me is going to my doctor regularly, now that i have my regular period, how come im still not pregnant yet, is it him where the problem is?
