help idk what to do

help i have really really bad sciatica i had it with my son but nothing compared to this there is times i can't even get up or move in a different posting last night was one of those nights it was soo painful i could not get up or move i have fallen 2 times when it had came unexpectedly idk what to do i take tylenol and it does not help it at all I'm scared one of these days it hits me so bad like last night but i won't have anyone to help me with doing stuff for myself and i what have u mamas done for this pain i'm thinking that my disc is on the nerve not the baby cus after i had my son i still got sciatica it just got worse the bigger the baby gets i feel like i may have to call an ambulance if I'm by myself with my son might sound dramatic but i've never experienced something so bad like this
