Help! What to expect from labor?

Haley

FTM. Went to the doctor today and when she was checking me she seemed pretty sure I would go into labor tonight (I’m 39+5). She moved my cervix to where it was at the top of his head instead of below his chin, said I was really thinned out, dilated at a 2, and she also done a membrane sweep. She seemed pretty sure all of these together would mean tonight is the night as long as the cervix doesn’t move back down. I am feeling very nauseous and need to throw up plus like I have to go #2. I’m not feeling much pain and he is moving pretty good still. Is being nauseated a sign of labor?
