Sick - Natural Remedies?

Hi! 
An employee of mine came into work sick and has gotten me sick. I’m currently coughing so much that I can’t get any sleep.  Any recommendations on natural cough remedies without honey?

Steam is definitely the way to go i also have bronchitis and I didn't want to pay for the machine without trying the steam first so i just boiled a pot of water and sat with my face over it for an hour😂😂😂. It worked well all congestion and everything was gone slept like a baby and it even does great for your skin.

Steam! I have had chronic bronchitis for years now, I boil a pot of water and breathe in the steam to help loosen up mucus, just make sure you don't burn yourself. Also there are a lot of respiratory health teas available in stores, drink them hot.
