Early Ultrasound?

Hey Ladies, 
I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks in December, and I’m now 6 weeks pregnant! The Early pregnancy Unit won’t see me as I’ve only had one miscarriage. I’m debating paying £90 for an early reassurance scan. What do you ladies think? 🤰🏼

I had a miscarriage in December and I am now 6 weeks pregnant again. I self referred to my local early pregnancy unit for a 6 week scan. when I went it turns out I was only 5 weeks but they still scanned me and am being scanned again on Monday to ensure everything is still progressing as it should. I hope you are able to get the reassurance needed without having to pay for it. good luck xx

I finally gave in and did it! Managed to get a good deal as there was a cancellation! It was so worth the money!! Best experience ever 😘

That’s ridiculous! They told me that reassurance scans only reassure you at that moment in time and anything can happen even when you leave so they don’t like doing them but assured me when I get pregnant again I can have one? I assume that’s not the case xx

I’m in the UK and I’ve had 5 mc and still wasn’t offered a scan early. I paid and best thing I did! Xx
