Need answers!!!!

Normally I don’t post anything but I’m freaked out. My fiancé and I don’t have sex at all but we do fool around. I went off the pill for medical reasons about 5 months ago. Since then, I’ve only have 1 normal period (last month) and this is the week I’m suppose to start but the app is telling me I’m four days late. I know there is no way I’m pregnant, however my breasts have been super sore and I’m not sure if they’re larger or not. When I went on the pill 3 years ago, they grew but when I went off they shrunk back.....

Please help!!!! Is this breast pain normal??
