I never had not one day when I was not stressed about something I’ve been eating really up and down one minute I’m eating a salad next I’m eating scarfing down 2 apple turnover pastries then I eating a Raisin Bran muffin then I’m drinking tea ☕️ This app says my hormones levels are up and down so I’m pretty sure that’s what it is and yeah I want someone to talk too on a personal level [ YOU SEE THAT WOULD BE MY MOOD SWING TALKING ].
