Advice pls

I’m moving out soon, well I hope too. I’m 16, and graduating early ✍🏽🙏🏽 so I’ll be graduating at 16, yes I hope to have the finances to go to college cause I do plan on it but I can’t take it living with my mom anymore, she’s a very angry person and gets “hands on” a lot. Decided moving out is better for me around later in Decemberish. Right now I am saving for a car, half way there. And after I buy my car, I will be saving for an apartment. With my boyfriend. (Me and him both will save up to 5000 together it’ll be 10000 when we move ) Stupid sounding? Yeah I know but I find it good in way.. maybe bc he cares about moving in with me more than I’d think he’d care, it’s like omg he really wants this😅😍 and I trust and love my boyfriend, we will make a year in a month and 4 days , we’ve never broken up, but of course like a regular couple we do argue here and there but overall it’s been a great relationship.. I jus wanted advice on how I can make this moving out situation actually a reality ?! Because tbh I’m a little nervous for it.
