Feeling like it's never going to happen

my husband and I have been married 11 years this year I've miscarried twice and we haven't been having actual sex because of his diabetes (type2) any suggestions on how we can get the mast up on the sail boat even though he has diabetes ? We really want a human baby we have 2 dogs and a cat but a baby of our own that we didn't rescue would be awesome. I don't want to be a downer I just feel like I may never have a baby, I just turned thirty and he's pushing forty this October. any suggestions? positive thoughts /vibes please no negative comments I have enough of those by myself
