Advice pls! Ear infection, 9weeks

Around 11 I was getting in the shower, I noticed my ear was hurting a but, but I thought it was no big deal it’ll probably go away (it’s happened once before) but no.. it’s 2 in the morning and I was woken up with a sharp pain. I already have hearing loss, and to add to it I’m 9 weeks pregnant. Should I go to the er? Wait to see if it’ll go away? I know it won’t hurt the baby, but Im still unsure of what to do
