Pole Barn homes; advice, pros/cons please

Anyone on here live in a pole barn home, or able offer advice about them?

DH and I have been wanting to build, but it’s very expensive around here. We recently started coming across pole barn homes and they seem to be a lot cheaper. We really like how they look but are wondering what the catch is that they are so cheap? We would still put a basement under it and do a normal “house” foundation but even with that it’s still a lot less expensive. Are the materials that much of a lower quality or why the drastic price difference? Any advice or pros/cons very welcome.
