I think I’m miscarring

I was 5week 5days yesterday and started to bleed.

Lighter then a period but heavier then spotting. Then was cramping just like AF was here. Also boobs stopped hurting. Cramping eased as the night went on.

Today still bleeding red with a few little - medium clots, cramps are basically gone. But I’m no longer bloated and boobs still not sore.

I’ve just seen the doctor. He suspects a miscarriage, also due to the fact that my HCG was 165 at 4weeks 2days.

He said that’s low.

I’m heart broken.

Is there’s still hope I’ve held my little nugget?
