Unsure after miscarriage...

Hoping you could all help as I’m so unaware of my body post DNC. Went into the docs in Jan at 11 weeks and found out we miscarried at 8 weeks. DNC was scheduled for the following week Jan 17th. Had my first period Feb 13 lasted less then my “normal” cycles. A few days ago, I started bleeding but not period type it’s light and brown zero pain or period symptoms. Am I over thinking that it could be implantation bleeding, or is my body still out of whack from miscarriage / DNC, or both? Just confused as I use to know my body so well like clockwork... now second guessing everything. Could it be HcG still in system since Jan 16, or is this a new pregnancy?
